Online Payment Terms & Conditions

All online payments made towards packing and transportation shall be taken into consideration only when the relevant amount is received and credited in the company's bank account. The rates are subject to the nature and kind of services you avail as per your requirement, which may depend upon factors such as volume, distance, and other ancillary services desired. Furthermore, rates of the services are likely to change without prior notice.

Under no circumstances will the booking amount be refunded. We will assume that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions before booking.

Under no circumstances shall Golden Globe Packers or any of its affiliates, contractors, employees, directors, or officers be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS DISTURBANCE, OR INFORMATION) resulting from access to or use of, or inability to access or use, this website or arising out of any resources, materials, information, qualifications, opinions, or recommendations on this website. Claim Policy

Damages may occur to the HHG consignment(s) during transit on account of rough, hilly, and difficult terrains that are witnessed in the country. Golden Globe Packers always tries to impress upon our clients the advantage of taking risk coverage while booking with us and recommends them to pay risk coverage charges through check for their consignment to avoid any contingency that may happen in unpredictable conditions.

Insurance will be between you and the insurance company; Golden Globe Packers will not be responsible for any damage of goods.

The carrier or their agents shall be exempted from any loss or damage through accident/pilferage/fire/rain/collision/any other road or river hazard. We therefore recommend that household goods should be covered under CARRIER RISK by paying additional charges as FOV.

NO INDIVIDUAL POLICY/RECEIPT FROM INSURANCE COMPANY WILL BE PROVIDED. GOLDEN GLOBE PACKERS WILL ISSUE GCN UNDER "CARRIER RISK" AS PER SECTION 11 OF CARRIAGE BY ROAD ACT, 2007.

General Instructions

1. If the consignor/consignee merely puts his/her signature on the "Goods Receiving" copy showing acknowledgment of goods without giving any remark about the status of the materials, it would be deemed that the transported materials were delivered in good condition.

2. Any complaint made later will not be considered for damage claims.

3. If the risk coverage option is not selected, then any subsequent claims will not be considered. No claim will be made if the inventory is already damaged.

4. No claim for compensation will be considered for mental agony, mental tension, or harassment due to unintentional damage of the material at the destination.

Law & Territorial Jurisdiction

1. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any kind of dispute arising from these T&C and activities shall be fought only in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

2. However, Golden Globe Packers reserves the right to take legal proceedings in a state other than Madhya Pradesh, India, for the purpose of protecting its interests or enforcing its rights.

Payment Terms

1. 30% of the amount will have to be paid on booking and the remaining 70% will be given at the time of loading.

2. 100% payment must be made at the loading point.

GCN Conditions

1. The company does not take responsibility for leakage, breakage due to sun, water, or improper packing by the sender.

2. Fresh fruits & furniture are carried at the absolute risk of the sender as they may not be settled & could break during transit.

3. The goods will be delivered only after full cash payment of all charges by the consignor/consignee.

4. The delivery of goods must be taken within 5 days after arrival at the destination, failing which demurrage charges will apply.

5. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to leakage, pilferage, theft, weather conditions, strikes, riots, disturbances, fire, explosion, or accidents, provided reasonable precautions were taken.
